Preparation

1. We put in the glass 60 g of sugar and the lemon skin (only the yellow part). we program 30 seconds, speed 9. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

2. Add the yeast, milk and butter. we program 4 seconds, speed 4.

3. We add the flour and the salt. We program 3 minutes, spike speed.

4. Put the dough in a bowl, cover it with film or a cloth and let it rest for about an hour.

5. After that time, we divided the dough into 12 portions. Each will have approximately 80 grams. We form balls with each of the portions and reserve them on the counter, leaving space between them. Cover again with film and let rest for about an hour.

6. After that hour, we form a disk with each ball. It is not necessary to use a roller, it can be done perfectly with your hands, with your fingers.

7. We prepare a plate covered with absorbent paper and another with the 100 grams of sugar.

8. We put plenty of sunflower oil or special oil for frying in a saucepan or non-stick pan.

9. When it is hot we fry our cakes. We have to brown them on both sides.

10. We are removing them to the plate covered with absorbent paper.

11. Then we coat them in sugar.

12. We serve. When they are best they are freshly made.
