Here is another spoonful dessert. In this case it has cookies, a rich cream and some fruit.

We make the cream with little effort thanks to our Thermomix, with cream and other simple ingredients. Then we will only have to assemble it in bowls or glasses: cookies, cream and our favorite fruit. I prefer to use transparent containers so that all the layers can be seen.

Do you dare to prepare it? It is an easy dessert without an oven!

A simple dessert that consists of three layers: biscuit on the base, a cream that we will prepare in our Thermomix and seasonal fruit.

Ingredients

For the cream:

  • 250 g very cold cream
  • 300 g whole milk
  • Yolks 2
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 40 g flour
  • Vanilla powder flavor

To accompany:

  • 12 whole grain crackers
  • 3 nectarines (or whatever fruit you prefer)
  • 6 fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. To make the cream, the first step is to whip the cream. We put the butterfly in the glass. We pour the cream and mount it in speed 3 1/2. We put it in a bowl and reserve it in the refrigerator.

  2. We remove the butterfly and, without washing the glass, we put in it the milk, the yolks, the sugar, the flour and the vanilla. We cook by programming 7 minutes, 90º, speed 4. We put the cream in another container and let it cool.

  3. Once cold we put it in the bowl where we have the cream and mix everything carefully, with the spatula and with gentle movements, from bottom to top.

  4. We assemble our dessert in glasses or bowls, better if they are transparent so that the layers can be seen. At the base of each one we put two cookies, breaking them with our hands. On them the cream and on the medium surface nectarine peeled and cut into pieces. We finish with a mint leaf.

Notes

If we want the cookie to be crunchy, we will have to assemble the dessert just before serving it.
