Garlic mushroom pizza

A friend has left me a lot of magazines and when I found this recipe for pizza with garlic mushrooms I knew that I could not take long to make it. Gather the basic conditions; we like pizzas, we like mushrooms and we love the spicy touch of garlic.

The ideal is to make a homemade dough for the pizza base. It takes a little longer but it looks spectacular. Although, if time is short, we can also use a purchased base. Use a fresh dough, so you only have to put the filling and bake. This type of dough is usually in the refrigerated area of ​​supermarkets.

My poor husband is already getting used to "atypical" recipes. He doesn't complain because he likes it try new things. He only misses the days that I make a “normal” recipe.

    I also love pizzas and garlic mushrooms, but my husband ... pizza is fine, but war has declared war on mushrooms, and that on our first date he ate mushrooms (what we do to conquer, hahaha) . I think I'll leave it in the bedroom for when we have dinner guests.

    In the photo I see that the pizza has strips of bacon ... do you put them in the thermo at the same time as the mushrooms? Or do you add them before baking? It looks great !!
