Ingredients

For the vinaigrette:

  • 40 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 40 g of water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Grated nutmeg

For the steamed vegetables:

  • 500 g of water
  • 400g sliced ​​cauliflower
  • 300 g carrot
  • 400 g of potato
  • Sliced ​​pickles

Preparation

  1. Put the oil, the 40 g of water from the dressing, the salt and grated nutmeg in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 6.

  2. We put our dressing in a small bowl and reserve it.

  3. Without washing the glass we put in it 500 g of water. We peel the potato and cut it into slices. We put the potato in the basket and place it in its position.

  4. We peel the carrot and also cut it into slices. We place it in the varoma container.

  5. Cut the cauliflower into bunches and these bunches into slices. We place them on the Varoma tray.

  6. We put the varoma in its position, put the lid on and program 25 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  7. We carefully remove the varoma and put our garnish in a source. We chop some pickles in vinegar and add them to the vegetables.

  8. If we want, we season it with the emulsion that we already have prepared. Another option is to serve it together with the dressing bowl, so that each diner can serve themselves to their liking.
