"Hello everyone, I am a Ginger cookie and, even if you feel sorry for it, you can eat me! ”.
I have loved them, they are very tasty in flavor -if you like gingerbread cookies, of course- the kids have had a great time and the result… well, you have it in the images.
A reader wrote to us a few days ago to see if we could make this recipe. We thought it was a perfect suggestion and, after doing some research and having a fun afternoon, I can show you how to make them with Thermomix.
If you have kids at home, do not hesitate, it is your recipe. And more now that they are on vacation ... They will love to decorate them and then eat them. You will tell me how you all have fun!
The recipe is from Julia, from Postreadiction. I have adapted it to Thermomix.
I leave you the link of another cookie recipe, in this case made with a gun instead of a mold. If you have that kitchen utensil you can also make them with the children.
Ginger cookies
Some delicious gingerbread cookies made with Thermomix and, if you want, with the help of the kids. They will surprise young and old with their taste and shape.

Hello a question, first we bake the cookies and then we decorate or decorate and bake at the same time. I want to decorate them with fondant. Thanks
Hi Susan,
If you want to decorate it with fondant you will have to decorate them once you have removed them from the oven. I decorated them with sugar balls / sticks and put it in before baking. But fondant is another story.
They will look great on you. If you dare, send us a photo.

Hello!! My son is allergic to milk proteins ... can butter be substituted for margarine? Are they just as rich? I really want to do them !! Thanks!
Hi Rachel,
I think so, with margarine they will look good too. Play with the flour when shaping them in case the dough is not very consistent (putting a little on the work table).
You will tell us if you like them.
Kisses to both of you!
Thanks a lot!! Let's see how they come out !!
Good afternoon!!
Thanks for the recipe this weekend I wanted to make cookies my first cookies, but I don't know what nails are. You can tell me what it is! Thanks
Hello isbael:
First of all, sorry for the delay in answering you ... I hope you still have encouraged to make the cookies. Cloves are a spice. If you google images "cloves" you will see some images.
If you do not have or cannot find them, you can do without them when making gingerbread cookies.
A hug!
you can freeze the dough is that for me alone it is a lot
Hi Rafi,
I have not tried it but I think so, that it can be frozen without any problem.

Hello, I just finished making the dough, and put it in the tap. The taste of the dough is very rich in raw. Tomorrow is the Cookie Workshop with the girls. I did it two years ago, inviting a friend, and it was a lot of fun. Each one, was able to take a few. This year for the first time gingerbread, they will be a success! Thank you Merry Christmas!???????

Hello, thank you very much for the recipe, but I have a problem in the step of adding the mixture of flour and spices, because at 2:30 minutes nothing has been mixed. Is it necessary to incorporate the butterfly? What I'm doing is letting it mix longer.
Hi Javier,
It goes without a butterfly. You did well to let it mix for a longer time ... then, when we take it out of the glass, we have to finish integrating the dough with our hands.
A hug!
