Cups of nougat cream with whiskey

Preparation

1. In our Thermomix glass we place the butterfly. Add 500 ml of cold whipping cream and 125 g of sugar. We put it to beat during 45 seconds or approximate time and speed 3,5. You have to be aware that the cream does not go overboard, or if it needs more time we will program it for another few seconds.

2. Once whipped, remove the cream from the glass and put it in the refrigerator. Soak the 3 sheets of neutral gelatin in cold water. Clean the glass and add the remaining 100 ml of unbeaten cream, the 100 g of nougat and the 50 ml of whiskey liqueur. we programmed it 2 minutes at 90 ° at speed 2. 

3. Add the hydrated gelatin sheets and program again 1 minute at speed 2. Let the cream cool before mixing with the cream.

4. When we have it ready and cold we mix it with 300 ml of whipped cream. The rest of the cream will be to decorate. We will mix it with enveloping movements so that the mixture does not go down.

5. We serve the cream in the glasses. We put a spoonful of cream on top and decorate with the white chocolate balls and some crumbled nougat.
