We are going to prepare a vegetable cake that the whole family will like. Carry green beans and some mushrooms. Also onion and potato, and all this will be crushed and mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
We will use Thermomix to chop the vegetables and also to cook them, although then we will finish making the cake in the oven, where the eggs will curdle and the surface will be au gratin.

Ingredients
- 75 g of Parmesan cheese
- 55 g of onion in pieces
- 25 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 80 g of mushrooms
- 380 g of green beans (weight of the beans already cleaned)
- 500 g of peeled potatoes
- 100 g of vegetable broth (or meat broth)
- 4 eggs

- Bread crumbs
Preparation
We put the Parmesan in the glass and grate it by programming 30 seconds, speed 10. We take out and reserve.
We put the onion in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower to the bottom what has remained on the walls of the glass.
We add the extra virgin olive oil. We clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. We also put them in the glass. We program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 2. Next we program 15 seconds, speed 5. We go down with the spatula.
We incorporate the clean beans and chop them by programming 15 seconds, speed 5. We lower what has remained on the walls of the glass with the spatula.
We peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and add them as well. We program 15 seconds, speed 5. We go down with the spatula.
We add the broth. We program 20 minutes, 100º, speed 2.
After that time we add 55 g of grated Parmesan. We also add the eggs and, if we consider it necessary, a little salt. We program 30 seconds, speed 3.
We prepare a wide baking dish, brushing it with extra virgin olive oil. Afterwards we sprinkle some breadcrumbs.
We pour in this source the mixture that we have in the glass.
We level it well. Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs and the rest of the Parmesan.
We preheat the oven to 200º. We bake at that temperature for 35 or 40 minutes.
We take it out of the oven and let it cool.
