In today's video we show you how to prepare an original green bean salad in Thermomix. In the varoma we will steam both the green beans and the carrots and we will take advantage of that time to cook the eggs in the basket, inside two cups of coffee.

It is a salad that can be served both hot and cold. With salt, aromatic herbs and extra virgin olive oil is delicious but you can accompany it with any of these mayonnaise.

A salad that can be served warm or cold. We will cook the vegetables and eggs in Thermomix and in a single step.

Ingredients

  • 40 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 400 g of green beans (weight of beans once cleaned)
  • 160 g carrots
  • 400 g of water
  • 180 g canned tuna
  • 80 g of black olives
  • 200 g tomato in pieces
  • Sal Island
  • Aromatic herbs

Preparation

  1. Spread two heat-resistant coffee cups with olive oil. We put an egg inside each of them. We cover the cups with high temperature resistant plastic wrap.

  2. We put the water in the glass. We place the basket inside the glass and put the cups inside.

  3. We put the green beans in the varoma container. We place the tray and in it we put the carrots cut into slices.

  4. We put the varoma in its position and program 20 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  5. At the end of the time, put the beans and carrots already cooked in a large bowl.

  6. We remove the cooked eggs from the glasses and chop them. We put them next to the vegetables.

  7. We also add the chopped tomato, tuna and olives.

  8. We dress the salad with salt, aromatic herbs and extra virgin olive oil.

Notes

You can modify some ingredients to adapt it to your personal taste: add cooked corn, cook potato in pieces with the carrot, eliminate the tuna to make it vegetarian ...
