I tried this salad last Saturday having dinner with some friends. I fall in love. And until I have found the point of the chocolate vinaigrette, I have not stopped. I had to show it to you. It is ideal as incoming of a dinner with guests, to surprise with this mixture of flavors and this spectacular appearance. And also, with the strawberries and chocolate, has a point aphrodisiac very interesting. You can accompany it with the delicious salmon with wasabi mayonnaise that Irene taught us. And guaranteed success.

The chocolate vinaigrette tops a spectacular salad of green sprouts, strawberries, cheese and cashews. A spectacular combination in flavor and presence.

Ingredients

  • 50 g of mixed lettuce and green shoots (lamb's lettuce, baby spinach ...) I used a ready-made bag.
  • 60 g of fresh cheese (white cheese or Burgos cheese)
  • 4 fresas
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of Modena vinegar
  • 50 ml of aceite oliva
  • 35 g cashews (they also serve peeled almonds)
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. We put the cashews in the glass and chop them during 5 seconds at speed 5. We take out and reserve.

  2. We introduce the chopped chocolate and 25 ml of olive oil. We melt it during 3 minutes, 50º, speed 3. With beaker

  3. We uncover the glass completely leaving the chocolate inside so that it cools down and while we prepare the salad.

  4. We put the lettuce and green shoots in the bottom of the plate. We add the strawberries cut into longitudinal slices and the chopped fresh cheese. We add salt to taste.

  5. Now, we add the rest of the oil, the vinegar and half a teaspoon of salt to the glass. We mix during 10 seconds at speed 3.

  6. We dress the salad with the vinaigrette and sprinkle it with the cashews.

  7. And you will tell me how rich it is.
