Ingredients

  • 400 g of fresh hake, skinless and boneless
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 70 g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoonful of fried tomato
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (of coffee) salt
  • 50 g unsweetened corn flakes
  • Buy
  • Soy sauce (optional)

Preparation

  1. We put the corn flakes in the glass. We crush during 8 seconds at speed 5. We take out and reserve.

  2. Put the chopped hake, cottage cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, tomato, sugar and salt into the glass. We crush during 1 minute at speed 3.

  3. Shape the dough into balls, batter them in the corn flakes and fry in olive oil until golden brown.

  4. We serve together with the soy sauce to dip them in it.

Notes

Frozen hake can be used, but it must be defrosted beforehand and drained very well so that it does not add water to the dough.
