Hake burgers

Although from the photo it does not look like you are burgers they are made with hake and tuna and I tell you that they are very good.

You can present them as you see (with some garnish) or in hamburger bun with everything you want to put (ketchup, onion ..). Make them at home because even those who are a little reluctant to eat fish will be delighted to eat them.

A curiosity, do you know that in Italian cod not hake but fresh cod? And I specify how cool because whoever is salted se le Llama cod. You never know, maybe you come to this area and you have to do the shopping ...

Ingredients

• 30 g onion
• 15 g oil
• Frozen hake without skin or bones (320g once defrosted and drained)
• 1 can of tuna in oil or natural
• 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
• Sal Island
• Pepper or nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon of the paprika coffee from La Vera
• 1 egg

Preparation

1. We put the onion and oil in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls and program 2 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

2. Now we add the hake (thawed and drained), the tuna, the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper or nutmeg, the paprika and the egg. We program 15 seconds, speed 3.

3. If we have time we can leave the mixture in the fridge for about 1 hour before shaping our burgers.

4. We shape them and cook them in the pan or on the grill with a little oil. We serve on hamburger bun, with potatoes or with salad.
