After the delicious salmon with wasabi mayonnaise that I tried last night (what a delicious recipe, Irene!), I have dared with this hake with leek sauce, and again I am surprised by the texture of the steamed fish, juicy and tender. It is a delicate dish, with mild flavors, ideal for a dinner or a light meal, as well as Low in calories and very very healthy.

It is also very easy of doing. We will use the VAROMA to cook the fish at the same time as the sauce, impregnating it with the aroma of White wine.

Ingredients

4/6 hake loins without skin or bones
2 spring onions (200 g approx.)
2 leeks (150 g approx.)
50 g of green pepper
50 ml dry white wine
50 ml oil
250 ml of fish broth (or 250 ml of water and a fish broth tablet)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

Put the chopped oil, onion, leek and pepper in the glass. Blend for 5 seconds, speed 5.
Sauté for 10 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1. With beaker.
Meanwhile, grease the Varoma tray with a little oil and place the loins on it. Cover and reserve.
Add the wine and cook for 2 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1. Without beaker.
Add the broth (or the water and the tablet) and the salt. Put the Varoma container in its place and program 10 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2.
Remove the Varoma and uncover it (always in the opposite direction from us so as not to burn ourselves with the steam).
Put the mayonnaise in the glass and crush it all during 30 seconds at progressive speed 5/10.
Serve the loins with the sauce on top.
