After the delicious salmon with wasabi mayonnaise that I tried last night (what a delicious recipe, Irene!), I have dared with this hake with leek sauce, and again I am surprised by the texture of the steamed fish, juicy and tender. It is a delicate dish, with mild flavors, ideal for a dinner or a light meal, as well as Low in calories and very very healthy.

It is also very easy of doing. We will use the VAROMA to cook the fish at the same time as the sauce, impregnating it with the aroma of White wine.
