Homemade Strawberry Petit Suisse

If you like homemade desserts of a lifetime, we have these delicious Strawberry Petit Suisse, very traditional and that we have always liked in our childhood.

They are prepared in a simple way, you just have to let our robot do a few steps to have them ready. They do not need an oven, since we will use the jelly technique to be able to curdle them.

They are a nutritious idea, since it is a recipe made with the healthy strawberries and cream cheese, without additives, preservatives or dyes. They have the advantage of being so fast that they can be repeated many times, you will love them!

Ingredients

  • G strawberries 300
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 ml cream to assemble
  • 100 g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
  • 2 sheets of neutral gelatin

Preparation

  1. Fill a tall, wide bowl or glass with cold water. Submerge the jellies to hydrate.

  2. Clean the strawberries and remove the green part of the leaves. In our Thermomix glass we put the strawberries, if some are too big we break it into smaller pieces. We crush them between 15 to 20 seconds at speed 6.

  3. Add the 100 g of sugar and the 100 g of cream and program it for 2 minutes at 120 ° at spoon speed. The idea is to heat it up to then add the jellies and let them melt.

  4. With the jellies well hydrated we add them to the mixture completely drained. We program during 10 seconds at 120° at spoon speed.

  5. Finally, add the 100 g of cream cheese and mix it for 15 seconds at speed 4.

  6. Pour the mixture into the glasses where it will be served. Put it in the fridge and let it set for around 2 hours. They can be served with a little whipped cream.
