Another simple dish made in Thermomix: potatoes stewed with lamb. A traditional recipe that you will have ready in 30 minutes.

In my case I have used lamb meat but if you have another at home or if you want to use your meat preferred do not hesitate. Try not to be very large pieces so that they can be cooked with the potatoes and that's it. And if you think about the dish ahead of time, you can marinate the meat even the day before and then skip the paprika in step 3.

I give you the fast version so that, like me, I can solve the meal of the day.

Accompany it with a salad and you will have the food resolved.

Simple main dish of stewed potatoes made in Thermomix. A traditional and easy to prepare dish that will be ready in 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 100 g onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 90 g of green pepper
  • 130 g of red pepper
  • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons (dessert type) sweet paprika
  • 800 g of potatoes (weight once peeled)
  • 240 g lamb meat in pieces (boneless)
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • Sal Island
  • Chopped parsley
  • 690 g of water approximately

Preparation

  1. We put the onion, garlic, peppers and oil in the glass. We program 2 seconds, speed 5. Next we program 8 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed, without beaker.

  2. We take advantage of this time to peel and crack the potatoes.

  3. After the programmed time, add the paprika and program 1 minute, varoma temperature, spoon speed.

  4. We remove the sauce and fit the butterfly well on the blades. We put the sauce back in the glass. Add the legs in pieces, the meat, the bay leaf, the salt, the chopped parsley and the water. We put the basket on the lid (instead of putting the cup) and set 22 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed. We taste the potatoes, if they are still hard we reprogram 3 more minutes with the same temperature and speed, always at spoon speed.

Notes

The cooking time will depend on the thickness that we give to the potatoes when splitting them. It is advisable to program 22 minutes and, if they are not yet well cooked, program a few more minutes, until we consider that they are perfect. In this way we will prevent them from falling apart.

    What a good recipe ... I wanted a recipe for a stew like that with meat ... I'm sure I'll make it also I feel like it, at home we are spoonful ...

    This great one I wanted this stew, my potato was a bit hard but nothing for two minutes and that's it (the pieces were big) thank you very much for the recipe
