Preparing  A homemade dessert is not always synonymous with complicating ourselves in the kitchen. In today's video you will see how easy it is to make these glasses of lemon cream and yogurt with only five ingredients.

Four of them will be used to make the cream, in Thermomix. The other, the fifth, is simply Greek yogurt, which goes perfectly with the intense flavor of our preparation.

Ingredients

  • 60 g of sugar
  • 1 lemon (the skin and the juice)
  • 1 egg
  • 30 butter g
  • 600 g Greek yogurt

Preparation

  1. We put the sugar and the lemon peel in the glass. We program 15 seconds, speed 10. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  2. We program again 15 seconds, speed 10 and we go down with the spatula.

  3. Add the butter, the egg and 80 g of lemon juice. We program 10 minutes, 90º, speed 2, without putting the beaker.

  4. We mix, with the beaker on, programming 25 seconds, speed 6.

  5. We put the mixture in a bowl and let it cool.

  6. We prepare 6 glasses (better if they are transparent, glass) and we alternate, spoonfuls of lemon cream with Greek yogurt.

  7. We keep in the refrigerator until serving time.

    It looks great, also super fresh. I would like to do it but I don't know if Greek yogurt is sugary or not. Thanks

      I recommend not sugary. For sweet we already have the lemon cream 😉
