Lemon mousse

This recipe is worth two. And it is that, with the same ingredients, we can get or a spoon dessert (mousse) or ice creams.

The difference will be in the containers in which we put our mixture and in how we keep it (in the fridge or freezer).

If you have kids, I recommend the ice cream version. If they are like mine, you will give them joy. By the way, does not carry egg!, I know there are several of you who are grateful for us to publish desserts without this ingredient.

An egg-free mousse, with simple ingredients, easy to prepare and that is liked, above all, by those with a sweet tooth. And you can turn it into ice cream!

Ingredients

• 1 small jar of condensed milk (350g)
• 4 natural yogurts
• 100 g lemon juice

Preparation

1. We put all the ingredients in the glass and program 30 seconds, speed 5.

2. And now, choose one of these options depending on how you want to present it:

   Mousse: We pour it into glasses or individual containers and put it in the refrigerator.

   Ice cream: We pour it into ice cream molds (they sell them and they are not very expensive) and we put it in the freezer.

3. Another option is that you do both because enough quantity comes out.
