Ingredients

  • 100 g of leeks
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 500 ml of chicken broth (or 500 ml of water and a bouillon cube)
  • 100 ml of milk (whole or semi-skimmed)
  • 25 ml of aceite oliva
  • 50 g of sliced ​​serrano ham

Preparation

  1. We put the leeks in large pieces (the white part) and the oil in the glass. We chop during 5 seconds at speed 5.

  2. Then we sauté for 8 minutes, 100º, speed 2. With beaker.

  3. Add the washed potatoes, peeled and in large pieces. We chop during 5 seconds at speed 5.

  4. Add the broth (or the water and the tablet) and cook for 15 minutes, 100º, speed 1. With beaker.

  5. Let it cool a little, add the milk and blend for 30 seconds at progressive speed 5/10.

  6. We chop the Serrano ham. We reserve a little bit to decorate the dishes. The rest we add to the cream and mix for 15 seconds spoon speed, left turn.

  7. We taste and add salt if necessary

  8. We serve and decorate with the reserved Serrano ham.
