Eggs a la flamenca light

These light flamenco eggs They are prepared in Thermomix, from the beginning to the end. We will start by chopping the ingredients, then we will cook them in the glass and, in the last step, we will use the varoma. You can see it all in the video.

They are not the authentic flamenco eggs because we are not going to put chorizo ​​or serrano ham on them. This time we will use cooked ham to get a plate healthier and also less caloric.

You can use individual molds, like the ones in the video or like the one seen in the photo. Both options are good. Another possibility is to put everything in the same container, as long as it is heat resistant and fits in the varoma container.
