Low-fat banana cake

Take note if this weekend you want to prepare a Banana cake like the one in the picture. It has only 20 g of olive oil (which is also extra virgin) and fewer eggs than traditional cakes.

If you have in the fruit bowl two ripe bananas You can get down to work as soon as possible. You will have the morning snack and / or breakfast resolved and you will give out that fruit that, because you have been at home for longer, is less and less appetizing.

In this case I have used a 18 centimeter diameter mold. And I like it, since it allows us to obtain tall and attractive cakes without the need to make pieces of confectionery for the whole neighborhood. In any case, if your mold is 22 centimeters, you can also use it taking into account that the baking time will vary and as well as the height of the cake.

    How can I substitute yogurt?

    1.    Thermomix recipes said

Do you want to substitute it for being a dairy product? If that's why you can use soy yogurt ...

    2.    Star star said

Soy, either, I can't, I'm allergic to cow protein.

Wow ... what if you replace it with this apple cream? https://www.thermorecetas.com/compota-de-manzana-con-helado-de-nata
The result will not be the same but I think it can look good on you.
        You will tell me 😉

If the mold were 22, the one I have, what would the times be? Thanks

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Belen,
With 40 or 45 minutes in the oven I think it will be enough. You will see that it is ready by the golden color of the surface. To be very sure, prick it with a skewer stick, if it comes out clean it is ready 😉
      A hug!

Good morning, could you use a plum cake mold?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

Yes Yes of course! Be a little careful with baking because times can change. If it is not removable, it is best to cover it with greaseproof paper. You will have a delicious plum cake 🙂
      A hug!
