You are sure to be very proud of the creams what does your Thermomix do. And it is not for less, because in the same appliance we can cook and grind all kinds of vegetables. Today we propose you a cream of Lombard which, how could it be otherwise, has a spectacular color.

But it is also magical! Or so you can "sell" it to children. Look at the video, you will see how to make that beautiful purple color transform into an intense fuxia. Just for that, the little ones will have to try it!

Ingredients

  • 1 / 2 cebolla
  • 20 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 2 potatoes
  • Manzana 1
  • 400 g of vegetable broth (and a little more)
  • Sal Island
  • Lemon to do the magic

Preparation

  1. We put the onion and oil in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 7. We program 3 minutes, 100º, speed 3.

  2. We chop the cabbage, into strips. We put it in the glass.

  3. Peel and quarter the potatoes. We also put them in the glass.

  4. We chop the apple and incorporate it as well.

  5. We shred a few seconds at speed 7.

  6. We add the broth and program 25 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  7. We add the salt and put the machine on speed 7-10, a few seconds.

  8. If we consider it necessary, we add more broth, so that it remains with the texture we want. We mix everything back into progressive speed 7-10.

  9. If we put a few drops of lemon we will see how the color of the cream changes.

  10. We serve with croutons.

    I loved it. I added milk cream plus a little balsamic vinegar and sesame. I decorated it with chives.
