Chicken with potatoes

Using only our kitchen robot we are going to prepare this delicious Marinated chicken that we will serve with potatoes, carrot and a delicious dressing.

First we will make the marinade. After macerating the chicken we will cook it in the varoma while the potatoes and carrots They cook in the basket. It's that easy, without staining pans or saucepans.

Finally we will prepare a sauce with which to accompany that potato and carrot garnish. It can also be used to dress a traditional lettuce and tomato salad.

And for dessert today we suggest something special: a trifle with homemade custard.

      Hello, M Carmen,
      The ones I have used come in a jar all together. I'll write what it takes so you can get an idea: rosemary, sage, thyme, bay leaf, oregano, marjoram, parsley and basil. It is a mix of herbs that I use for any meat preparation, for sauces or when I prepare sautéed vegetables. They give a very pleasant flavor and reduce the amount of salt.
      But put the ones you like the most at home, or just the ones you have. You can even replace them with fresh aromatic herbs if you are lucky enough to have them at home.
