Ingredients

Zucchini

  • 500 g of zucchini
  • 1 large pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika sweet
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Yogurt sauce

  • 1 plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • half grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the zucchini. We cut it into large sticks and something thick.

  2. Place the zucchini sticks in a bowl and add: a large pinch of salt, the two tablespoons of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 pinch of ground black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon of dried rosemary and the 2 tablespoons of olive oil. We remove everything well with our hands.

  3. Prepare a tray that can go in the oven and place the canes. We heat the 200 ° oven with heat up and down. When it is ready we introduce it during 12 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile we can prepare the yogurt sauce. In a bowl, add the yogurt, the pinch of salt, the pinch of ground black pepper, the tablespoon of lemon juice, the grated half of the garlic and the teaspoon of mustard. We remove well.

  5. When we have our sticks ready we can place them in a small bowl. In another bowl we will present the yogurt sauce and we will be able to serve it at the table so that they can be tasted together.
