This cookie recipe is surpassed again with ingredients so traditional for these dates, between marzipan and chocolate. Its star shape has been the favorite part of this recipe so that we can make a wonderful Christmas tree.
Now in some of our stores we can already find these cutters to make this original idea. It is a series of stars from 8 to 9 of them with different sizes in climbing. Cut the cookies and then baked we can stack them from largest to smallest and form this expected little tree.

Marzipan and chocolate cookies
We will make some star-shaped cookies with an endearing flavor of marzipan and chocolate. When they are baked we will stack them to give it the shape of a very original Christmas tree.

Ingredients
- 300 g of wheat flour
- 35 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 110 g of sugar
- 50 g marzipan
- 150 g soft butter
- 1 egg size L
- half a teaspoon of yeast
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- a piece of green candied fruit
- A tablespoon of powder sugar to sprinkle
Preparation
In our Thermomix glass we add the 110 g of sugar, the 50 g of marzipan and the 150 g of soft butter. We are going to mix it during 15 seconds at speed 3,5.
Add 150 g of wheat flour (half), the 35 g of poop, the powder, the egg, the tablespoon of vanilla extract and the pinch of salt. We mix by programming during 1 minute at speed 3,5.
Finally we add 150 g of wheat flour (the other half) and half a teaspoon of baking powder. We schedule during 2 minutes at kneading speed. If later we observe that it has not been well joined, we program it a little more until the dough is homogeneous.
We take out our dough on a surface with dusted flour. We stretch it with our roller, leaving almost a centimeter thick. We take the star-shaped cutters and proceed to make the cookies. The cutters for the tree are each a different size, we will do them all. Surely we have more dough so that we can make another tree or other cookies with the shapes we want. In the stars that we have made for the little tree, we will take a thin stick and we will make a central hole in each cookie.
We put the cookies in the oven at 200 ° for approximately 12 minutes. The tray will be placed a little lower than half a height. When they are done we will let them cool before we can assemble them.

When they are cold, we will stack them one on top of the other, from the largest one at the bottom to the smallest one at the top and with the help of a thin stick we will put it inside so that the structure is maintained. Sprinkle icing sugar over the tree. To make the shooting star we will take a thick piece of candied fruit and we will make its shape with the help of a cutter. We placed our shooting star on top of the tree and hooked above stick.
