Mascarpone and apple cake

A few days ago my virtual friend Duna, asked me for help to pass a traditional recipe to the thermomix. And even though I haven't done it much, I couldn't say no to him. So I put hands to work.

The next day he told me that the cake It was terrific, I couldn't take long to do it, so I wrote it down on my earrings and on the first occasion I prepared it for all of you.

The secret to make a nice cake out of mascarpone and apple is to do it in a medium mold. Don't pretend that I used a too big one and it came out very short. So I already have an excuse to repeat it again and enjoy its delicious flavor.
