Mascarpone and chocolate cake

Look what I have made cakes in recent years ... mascarpone It is one of the favorites of the little ones. Maybe because of the chocolate, I don't know, but they keep telling me that I have to repeat it.

The brown color it has is due to the sugar that I have used. If you put sugar Blanquilla will be much clearer and the pieces of chocolate.

Not very sweet so that chocolate takes center stage, but if you have a sweet tooth, don't hesitate to add 180 g of sugar instead of the 120 that I have.

Mayra, I was eager to prepare it again and send you a piece to brighten up your morning. Happy Birthday friend! Irene and I hope you have a great day.

Hello, I wanted to make the cake and I have no cornstarch. Is it essential? Can you substitute those 90g of cornstarch for 90g more of pastry flour? Thank you

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Arancha,
Better substitute those 90 g of cornstarch for 130 g of flour.
