That is why we propose a sauce that is prepared in a few minutes and that can give your dishes an even more special touch. Is a dill flavored mayonnaise, which can be substituted for other aromatic herbs, and which is great with smoked meats, prawns or any baked fish.

You still have time to add it to your menu. I will put it with some mini toasts de homemade bread and some smoked salmon butters. A very simple but very rich starter.

An ideal sauce for seafood and fish.

Ingredients

• 200 g of sunflower oil
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 15 g mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
• Sal Island
• Black pepper
• A few slices of toast (croutons, homemade bread ...)
• Smoked salmon, prawns ...

Preparation

1. We weigh the oil by placing a glass on the lid and pressing the weight function. We weigh 200 g of oil and reserve it.

2. We put the egg in the glass. Also lemon juice, mustard, dill, salt and pepper.

3. We put the lid in position and also the cup.

4. We program 2 minutes, speed 4. At that time, with the blades in motion, we are pouring the oil through the vowel (it will fall, little by little, thanks to the grooves that remain between the cup and the lid).

5. We put our special mayonnaise in a bowl or use it for our favorite toasts.

Notes

Don't you have dill at home? Well, use parsley or any other aromatic herb. You can adapt this sauce to your tastes or needs.
