Today's recipe really works for two preparations. We are going to prepare a meat ragù in our Thermomix glass that will serve as a filling for some Meat dumplings and as a sauce for a pasta dish.
La of the dumplings is also homemade. It is a very easy bread type dough to make at spike speed and to work once it has risen.
In the photo you can see in a bowl the meat ragu What is left over after making the empanadas. I have frozen it. In a few days, I'll cook some pasta and we will have the food fixed.
