This mimosa salad in an original way to have a delicious salad. We love to try ideas and ways to present homemade dishes with another presentation format.

This mimosa salad is another way to create a tart-shaped salad, where layers of potato, carrot, egg and tuna will not be missing.

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 4 medium carrots
- 4 eggs
- 250 g of tuna in oil
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- A slice of onion
- 500ml mayonnaise
Preparation
In our Thermomix glass we pour the glass of water and place the basket with the 3 eggs. On top we will place the structure of the varoma and spread the potato cut into pieces and the clean and whole carrots on top. We cover and program 28 minutes at varoma temperature at speed 2.
Once cooked, remove the potato. Peel the eggs and chop only the white. We do the same with carrots. All this separately.
We will crumble the egg yolk, we can use a kitchen grater. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces, mix it with the egg white.
We will mix the tuna with the two tablespoons of fried tomato.
We plate the salad that will take the form of a cake. We will use a wide and tall ring, or the ring of a pie plate. Place a layer of cooked potato on its base and cover it with mayonnaise.
