Today we are going to treat ourselves with these mini tuna dumplings. The dough does not have eggs so they are perfect for people with intolerance to this ingredient.
I have made them tiny, using a round cookie cutter almost eight centimeters in diameter. You can make them larger or even make an empanada. If you opt for the large empanada I suggest that you double the ingredients, both the dough and the filling.
The surface is not painted with egg, I have simply sprinkled a little flour on the surface. Another option is to paint them with milk.
