Today we propose an ideal recipe for children's parties: some buns of mozzarella. They are soft, they taste great and they can be filled with both sweet (jam, Nocilla…) and salty (ham, cheese…) ingredients.

Are made with mozzarella cheese. But be careful, we crush the mozzarella and it is one of the ingredients of the dough. That's why it's not even noticeable, although it helps the bread to be very, very tender and white.

Ingredients

  • 250 g de mozzarella
  • 40 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 60 g of water
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 25 g baker's yeast, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Put the mozzarella in the glass, in pieces. we program 10 seconds, speed 6. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  2. Add the olive oil and water. we program 8 seconds, speed 6.

  3. Add the flour, sugar and yeast. We mix by programming 1 minute, speed 6.

  4. Now add the salt. schedule 3 minutes, spike speed.

  5. Place baking paper on the baking tray.

  6. We form balls the size of a large walnut with the dough that we have prepared. We are leaving them on the baking tray, with separation between them because they will grow.

  7. Cover with a cloth or plastic. We let it rise for about an hour.

  8. Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 20 minutes, or until we see that the buns are golden.
