Hello Elena, you can make it without cream, but you have to replace it because if not, the cream will be very thick. I recommend milk (300 ml, since milk is more liquid) so that the fine texture of cream remains. If you don't want / can cow, then vegetable milk (soy, oatmeal ...). And as a second option, more broth, also 300 ml. Let's see if it comes out good, tell us!
