We can prepare it as appetizer (it is ideal if we serve it in clay pots) or as Garrison. It even serves to spice up a pasta: while you cook the mushrooms, you cook pasta in a saucepan and then mix everything… you'll see how good it is.
Today is Mother's Day in Spain, right? Well, congratulations to all the moms who follow us from there, including mine! As a curiosity ... here, in Italy, it is celebrated next Sunday.
