Mushrooms in their sauce with natural tomato

It seems incredible that with so few ingredients we can make a recipe for mushrooms so good.
We can prepare it as appetizer (it is ideal if we serve it in clay pots) or as Garrison. It even serves to spice up a pasta: while you cook the mushrooms, you cook pasta in a saucepan and then mix everything… you'll see how good it is.
Today is Mother's Day in Spain, right? Well, congratulations to all the moms who follow us from there, including mine! As a curiosity ... here, in Italy, it is celebrated next Sunday.

Very simple and versatile mushroom recipe. It is made with common ingredients and serves as an aperitif, garnish or even to flavor a pasta.

Ingredients

• 1 garlic clove
• Some parsley leaves
• 40 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 300 g of small mushrooms, cleaned and cut in half
• Sal Island
• Pepper
• 6 Cherri tomatoes (halved) or 2 regular tomatoes (quartered)

Preparation

1. We put the garlic and parsley in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 7.

2. Add the oil and mushrooms and sauté, programming 5 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

3. Finished the time, we put the salt and the pepper. We add the tomatoes and program 13 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

4. We serve hot as a starter in clay pots, as a garnish or even with pasta that we will have cooked while we were cooking the mushrooms.
