Natural Strawberry Dalky

We are already in strawberry season, and the little one loves it. So at home lately there are always strawberries.

When I posted the recipe for the Chocolate Dalky, there were many comments about him dalky of strawberry. So I said to myself, if I have strawberries in the fridge and we liked the dalky, why not try new flavors? On the easy cooking blog, I found this recipe. And I got down to work.

If you want to give a plus flavor next time add more strawberries.

I love strawberries and this recipe is ideal.A query.Do you need to rest in the fridge for a while? Can it be made in the morning and eaten at night? And if I do it on a diet type and add sweetener?

    1.    Virtues said

You can eat it perfectly in an hour or so in the refrigerator, but of course the longer you have it the better it will be… so you can perfectly do it in the morning and eat it at night ... and the sweetener, well I guess so ... but I don't know the equivalence, I get on fatally with the sweetener equivalents ...

    Hola!

Can you use any milk or does it have to be whole?

    1.    Virtues said

Hello Lou, in principle with whole, I have not tried another type of milk, but as everything would be a matter of seeing how it is. In some desserts another type of milk does not curdle, I do not know how it will go in this ... Greetings.

These Dalkis are scared, and to those of you who are dieting, I give you a trick that I started and it comes out very well and without the "cholesterol" of the yolks, I put the yolks in the beaker and weigh them, then replace the yolks with the Same weight of whites, and it came out very well I removed some of the milk, it came out delicious….
I agree with SARA, thanks to your blog and the comments when you answer the questions we have, we can get the most out of this great appliance that is the thermomix.
I hope you never quit. A big greeting….

Hello!! I have tmx, but my family does not, and they ask me if it would be possible to do it in conventional kitchen! I have doubts about how to spend those 8 min at 90 ° and speed 4 to the usual kitchen.
    Thank you!
