Natural tomato dipping

It is a salsa to "dip" rich and natural. It is made with tomatoes, of those that at this time we find at a very good price, and with basil. Do you dare to try it?
With French fries, with nachos... with whatever you want. Children love it and the older ones are sure to be surprised by the result, especially those who like healthy food.

You can present it with a guacamole home. You will have the perfect aperitif.

A sauce to accompany chips or nachos, made with natural tomato. A quick snack to prepare with our Thermomix.

Ingredients

• 400 g of natural tomato
• A few fresh, clean and dry basil leaves
• Sal Island
• Pepper (optional)
• 15 g of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

1. We wash and peel the tomatoes. Squeezing them with our hands we remove a little juice. We put them in the glass. Add the basil leaves, salt and, if we want, freshly ground pepper. We program 20 seconds, speed 4 1/2.

2. We add the oil. We program 10 seconds, speed 2 1/2.

Notes

If we want it to be more crushed in the first step we can put [b] speed 6 [/ b]. The texture will depend on the type of tomato we use and how ripe they are.
