These brownies they are perfect for the summer. And not precisely because they have few calories, but because we will prepare them without turning on the oven.
They are cooked only with Thermomix, using the container varoma. And they are ... great! Look at the ingredients and you will get an idea.

Mayra did a few days ago lemon cupcakes do you remember? This format is ideal to show off with the presentation.

They are made in a moment and for this we will only need some molds and our Thermomix. These brownies are cooked in the varoma container.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of pastry flour
  • 25 g of bitter cocoa powder
  • 80 g of butter at room temperature and a little more butter to spread the molds
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 20 g of chocolate drops or chopped fondente chocolate
  • 1000 g of tap water for the varoma

Preparation

  1. We put the eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa and butter in the glass. We program 30 seconds, speed 5.

  2. Add the yeast and mix for 20 seconds, with left turn and speed 4.

  3. We join the chocolate drops (or the chopped chocolate) and mix with 30 seconds, turn to the left, speed 3.

  4. We butter 5 aluminum molds (I have used the tiny single-use single-serving molds). We put in them the mixture that we just made, filling only 2/3 of its capacity to leave space because they rise). We cover each of the molds well with aluminum foil.

  5. We fill the glass with water. We cover the glass and put the varoma container in its position. We place the molds in the container, put the lid and program 45 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

  6. We unmold the cakes and decorate them as we like best (melted chocolate, icing sugar, fresh fruit, cream ...)

    Hi! Where do you find bitter cocoa powder? I am lactose intolerant and I cannot find fondant chocolate without traces of milk, can it be normal chocolate?

      Hello Maribel,
      I don't know how to tell you ... Leave it for 15 more minutes, let's see what happens. You can prick it with a skewer stick to check if it is curdled.
