Let's go there with our sweet today: a simple orange and lemon plum cake.

It tastes like Citrus because we are going to use both the skin of our fruit and the juice. In these cases, it is best to use pieces from organic farming. We will wash them well, we will dry them and then, with a nail or even a peeler, we will peel them, avoiding cutting the white part as well.

That leather we are going to grate it in the first step of the recipe, together with the sugar.

And if you have a sweet tooth, once baked you can finish the recipe with a chocolate coverage, as we did with this other plum cake. If you opt for this last option, do not put the sugar sticks before baking.
