This is one of those unexpected result recipes. And I say this because, in reality, I intended to make a panacota out of papaya, taking advantage of a piece that was left over from fat burning juice. I was experimenting on the panacota recipe, but it did not finish curdling when adding the papaya. However, I got a cream with a smooth texture and a delicious flavor, very fine, with the aromatic papaya in the background. I added some shavings of dark chocolate to contrast and ... delicious.
