Happy New Year to everyone! To start 2013 I propose an easy and original dish: a pasta souffle.
It is nothing other than fresh pasta mixed with the bechamel of the base book (I leave you the link of another recipe where we explain how to make it for you to consult), cheese, yolks and whites to the point of snow. And all of it gratin.
You can add to these ingredients a little ham, tuna or mushrooms, you will enrich the dish even more.
I hope the result will surprise you.
