I had a bag of dehydrated boletus at home and I thought that a good way to take advantage of them would be to prepare some spirals. And I have not been wrong because the result is exceptional.
The first thing I have done has been hydrate the boletus in a warm mixture of water and milk. After twenty minutes they were ready to cook. The boletus are as interesting as the liquid that remains, which will help us cook and enhance the flavor of the pasta.
I have used integral spirals, you can use another type of short pasta, even if it is not integral. It is cooked in the glass itself so, in addition to a quick and delicious recipe, it is one of those that is prepared without leaving too much trace in the kitchen.
