We are going to prepare a pasta with an ingredient that we always find in the market: the mushrooms. We will also put cooked potato in it so, if you have leftover potato from any preparation, do not hesitate to use it. If you start from raw potato you can steam it (in Thermomix, as I indicate in the recipe), or as you are used to doing at home: in the microwave or in a simple saucepan.
In this case the good thing about the potato is that it brings creaminess to the pasta because it practically melts when we mix it with the mushrooms.
Once on the plate, do not forget to sprinkle your favorite aromatic herb, fresh or dry, as you like.
