Pasta with salmon and lemon

Today is a quick recipe for pasta and fish, with fresh salmon.

Simple pasta recipe with fresh salmon and lemon. Very simple and easy to prepare in Thermomix.

Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled
  • 200 g of fresh salmon, clean and in pieces
  • 1 lemon from organic farming
  • 30 g of peeled walnuts
  • Sal Island
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. We put water to boil in a saucepan to cook the pasta. When it starts to boil, add salt and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the packaging. While it cooks we prepare the sauce.

  2. To make the sauce we grate the lemon skin (only the yellow part) with a few turbo strokes. We take out and reserve.

  3. Without washing the glass, we fit the butterfly on the blades. We put the salmon, the oil and the garlic. We program 2 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.

  4. Add the grated lemon peel and lemon juice. We program 3 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.

  5. Once the pasta is cooked, we put it drained in a large bowl and mix it with the sauce that we have just made with our Thermomix. We add the walnuts and chopped parsley.

  6. We mix everything and serve immediately.

    We prepared it for dinner on Friday, and what was left we ate on Saturday.
    At first the lemon flavor in the pasta was strange, but I have to say that it is delicious.

    Hello I made them today the pasta was trofine and they are delicious…. At first, the flavor of the lemon draws you a lot, but you like lemon.
