Pasta with sausage ragout

pasta-with-sausage-ragu

If you have children at home, prepare this pasta because I think you are going to like it. At least mine love it. If you are already passionate about pasta, imagine if we make it with a sausage ragout… He doesn't go anymore!

And for the not so young, do not stop trying it for thinking that it is too caloric. If you look at it, we will do the ragú without a drop of oil and the tomato that we are going to use will be peeled and chopped natural tomato. Do you dare to do it this weekend? With a dessert like apple crisp it can even be a single dish.

How good, Maria! I'm sure you'll like it. How do you handle eating pasta every day? I admit that I am starting to get a taste for it 😉 As for freezing it, it is possible, just like the traditional one.
      Thank you! Kisses, ascen

and what oil? when is it cast? and how much time do you have and what speed?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Victoria:
He puts it in the recipe. The oil is used to flavor the pasta. It is not necessary to put oil to make the ragout, the sausages already have enough fat. This way we save some calories than others.
      I hope you like it.
      A hug!

    The sausage is chopped?

  5.   Danilo said

The sausages are chopped? How many minutes at what speed? The tomatoes only say that they are chopped, but once in the thermomix they are chopped, are they ground? How long at what speed? The recipe is very incomplete.

Hi Danilo. The truth is that I can't tell you much more than what is already written. The sausage is put by removing the skin, crumbling the meat a little with your hands so that it is like the minced meat that we use to make the traditional ragout. And the tomato must be added cut into cubes. You will see how it falls apart later, during cooking, and it remains as seen in the photo.
And do not hesitate to write to us whenever you need it. We will be here to solve any questions that may arise 😉
      A hug
