With yogurt, with ice cream, with cream, alone ... as you wish, but try it, because it is pear compote it is very good.
Y no added sugar, natural, with a slight vanilla flavor. We will have it ready in less than 20 minutes and we can even keep it.
At children they like it as much as the fruit jars. You will see, it will also be a success for the most exquisite mini-palates.

How do I vacuum to preserve it for a longer time?
Hello rosa:
You can follow the indications that I put here http://www.thermorecetas.com/2013/09/18/potitos-o-papillas-de-fruta-para-conserva/, in the comments section. Basically it is to put the compote, very hot, in jars (filled to the top), close them very quickly and leave them upside down until they cool.
If not, and for more security, you can do the traditional bain-marie.
If something is not clear to you, do not hesitate to contact me.
Take care!
Hi! I would like to know if there is cheaper agar-agar, in organic supermarkets it is a bit expensive 50 gr 5 €. Or if there is another cheaper thickener, because I do not like jams with a lot of sugar and I make them myself, but so that they are not too liquid I add agar agar.
Thank you very much
I was just going to ask you "how to conserve" but I see that there is also a post, what a pass! I love this blog
Thanks Marus. I hope you liked the pear compote 😉
