The taste of this pear juice It will remind you of the juices bought, those sold in tetra brik and in the bottle.

To make it, first we are going to prepare a light syrup, dissolving a little sugar in water. Then we will add the lemon juice and the peeled pears. Next, we will crush everything and obtain a juice with an exceptional texture.

Ingredients

• 600 g of water
• 40 g of sugar
• 30 g lemon juice
• 400 g of pear (weight once peeled and cored)

Preparation

1. We put the water and sugar in the glass. We program 8 minutes, 100 °, speed 2. Let it cold down.

2. Add the lemon juice and the clean pear in pieces. We program 1 minute, speed 10.

3. We put it in a jar and let it cool completely. We can also add some ice and serve it immediately.

Notes

Although we are going to add lemon juice, our pear juice tends to darken ... but it is just as rich.
