Persimmon dessert

persimmon-dessert

With autumn come the persimmons, a fruit with vitamins A and C and loaded with minerals. They are diuretic, energetic and rich in lycopene, reason enough for us to take advantage of them in the kitchen.

Today I suggest you try this dessert, very, very easy and that everyone likes, even those who are not devotees of this fruit. With recipes like this we can avoid those desserts as attractive as they are expensive that large stores offer us ... children like a glass like the one in the photo very much, it is cheaper and has natural fruit.

We can use natural yogurts, of the usual, or greek yogurts if we want our cream to have a more consistent texture.

One question, and if persimmons are rough ???? How to sweeten them ????

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Veronica,
It is best to wait for them to mature. Unripe persimmon is quite unpleasant to eat so I wouldn't use it for this dessert.
      Take care!
