La jam it is homemade, prepared in Thermomix. You can also use the purchased one but the good thing about the homemade one is that we decide the amount of sugar we put in it.
On the surface it has chopped raw almond and a little sugar. Sprinkle it when you go to put the cake in the oven. It costs nothing and makes our sweet look more beautiful.
