Polvorón cookies

Today's sweets have the texture of polvorones but are butter cookies.

I have done them with dried apricots, sugarfree. If you do not mind that they have white sugar, you can substitute the one hundred grams of dried apricots for one hundred grams of sugar.

Dried apricots, raisins, dates ... are dry fruits that are not usually lacking in Christmas tables. If you have leftovers, do not hesitate to use them in your pastry recipes.
