      Well, you'll have to try it, Encarna. The cooking times in traditional cuisine are not exact as in the Thermomix. Look, you have to chop the leek very small. Melt the butter in the pan and sauté the leek. Chop the mango very small as well and add it to the pan together with the lime juice, the salt, the curry and the pepper and let it cook all together. Then you add the broth and let it simmer together for 5 minutes, covered. You take out the sauce and the mashs. You let it cool.
      And you already peel the prawns and put everything in the glass.
