Ingredients

• 500 g of pumpkin (weight of the pumpkin already peeled)
• 350 g of vegetable broth
• 25 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 20 g onion
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• A little salt (optional, depending on the broth)
• Cinnamon
• Croutons (optional)

Preparation

1. We wash and chop the pumpkin. We put it in the glass. Add the broth, oil, onion and cinnamon sticks. 30 minutes, 100 °, speed 1.

2. Finished the programmed time, we remove the cinnamon sticks.

3. We shred programming 30 seconds, speed 10. We taste the cream and salt it if necessary.

4. We serve by sprinkling cinnamon powder and, if we want, with croutons.
