Pumpkin cream

After harvesting zucchini from my garden, now it's time pumpkin. My uncle planted some zucchini seeds in a little corner and in the envelope there was also some pumpkin. I have a super pumpkin plant, so after making the zucchini a thousand ways, now it's the pumpkin's turn.

After trying several kinds of pumpkin creams, I am left with this one that I discovered on the "my recipes" website. My hubby who is not very fond of this kind of creams He likes it, so he fixes me dinner some nights.

    HELLO!!! WE ALSO HAVE A HUERTS… .AND AFTER SO MANY PUMPKINS …… (I MADE MANY PUMPKIN AND ONION CROQUETTES)… LEGACY, AS YOU SAY, THE PUMPKIN. LAST YEAR I PREPARED THE CREAM MORE OR LESS AS YOU EXPOSE IT IN THIS RECIPE BUT WITHOUT CHEESE (I AM ALLERGIC TO CHEESE, NATAS… ..)… I THINK THE YORK HAM IS GOING TO GIVE IT A VERY RICH TOUCH. AND AS A SUGGESTION: ADD A PINCH OF CURRY ... YOU WILL LOVE IT !!!

      Hello Angela, I will try the curry, the truth is that at home we do not use it much, but next time I will try it… .It is a joy to have a little garden at home. vegetables and vegetables do not taste the same, in addition to the pleasure of cooking and tasting what you have seen grow. At home we have a pumpkin sitting on a chair all summer long. LOL. The bush grew too big, and the pumpkin came out through one of the branches that climbed up a wooden lattice and so that it wouldn't fall silent we put the chair on it. 🙂

    I can only say: EXCELLENT !! I have tried several butternut squash creams and I can say it is one of the best I have ever had. You're right about the water, I've put 350grs in it. and it is perfect and as for the cheese I put about 80grs. I honestly started looking at recipes out there to make the cream, but I see that your recipes are the ones that everyone likes and I decided on this one. It's great.

      Hi Anita, I'm glad you liked it. The same thing happened to me I was trying some creams and others, since at home we have been fond of creams since we have the little one. and I really liked this one, so I'm glad you liked it too….
